The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Index measures the performance of securities that exhibit strong growth characteristics in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. Growth is measured by the following risk factors: sales growth, earnings change to price and momentum. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced annually.
