The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in U.S. equity securities that the sub-adviser believes are under-valued and under-appreciated by the market. The sub-adviser employs a quantitative and systematic approach to long-term investing.
